  1. This situation will be some time positive for the country and some time it would be bad for the country.

    Positives are:
    1. Their will be more personal savings in the country and this will facilitate for more investment for the country.
    2. Investments can gain foreign currency for the country and it may expand the market also.
    3. Industries such as automobile, Electrical items may get the benefit and they can expand their business as well.
    4. If the economy have more savings it could fill the budgetary deficit also.

    Unfavorable are:
    1.When the population is high government will have to increase their medical expenses, educational expenses and production.
    2.Also when the population is rising rapidly it may create a inflation situation because of high demand for products.
    3.Labors in the market will be high and it will reduce their individual income.
